Due to the coronavirus crisis and the second lockdown announced by the Belgian government last October, 24th, the Centre for Fine Arts (BOZAR) had to close its doors for a couple of weeks. Despite the closing of the exhibitions rooms, BOZAR wanted to offer a digital visit of the exhibition in order to keep contact with the audience and to offer a qualitative cultural experience. Besides, as the season Art & well-being states: we believe that art makes us feel better. These digital moments of inspiration are supporting us throughout this second lock down. BOZAR developed three formats :
- Visit 3D (individual online visit)
- Guides on screen (collective guided tour with a guide on zoom going through the exhibition rooms)
Short videos of different themes in the exhibition: Artworks of the exhibition ‘Danser Brut’, October to January 2021
-
- Spinning around
-
- A Forest of Gestures
-
- Dance of the Pencil
-
- Trance and possession
- From Charcot to Chaplin
On December, 1st, BOZAR reopened its doors to the public. The exhibition will be open till January, 10th.
